Refund Policy
- Try before you buy: every Mac gets a 24-hour free trial with every feature.
- If DropNotch doesn't work as we describe it, you're entitled to a fix or a refund. That's the law, and we'd want to anyway.
- Email us and we'll sort it out with you.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Software you buy from us must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose we describe, and match its description.
If DropNotch has a major problem, for example it doesn't work on a supported Mac (macOS 13 Ventura or later) and we can't fix it in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund. If the problem is minor, we can choose to fix it or refund you.
Nothing in this policy or in our Terms & Conditions limits these rights. If you're outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws.
Try it first
DropNotch has a 24-hour free trial on every Mac, so you can check it works well on yours before you pay $8 AUD.
Changing your mind
The law doesn't require a refund if you simply change your mind after buying, which is one reason we offer the free trial. If you're unhappy for any reason, email us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
How to ask for a refund
- Email dropnotchreal@gmail.com with the email address you bought with and your licence key.
- Tell us what's wrong, plus your Mac model and macOS version, so we can try to fix it.
- If a refund is due, we'll return it to your original payment method.
Before you buy
DropNotch needs macOS 13 Ventura or later. DropNotch is for MacBooks with a notch, and DropNotch Float is for Macs without one and for external displays. Some features need permissions that you choose to give in macOS, such as Calendar or Camera.
